Passionate about movement and transformation, I’ve explored a wide range of fitness classes—from Pilates, Lagree, reformer, HIIT workouts and spinning to dance classes. My journey as a client across top studios in Lebanon and internationally—from Turkey to Paris, Singapore to Malaysia—gave me a deep understanding of what makes a workout truly effective.
With over three years of training and advanced instructor training program, I’ve blended my experience as both a client and an instructor to create sessions that push limits, ignite energy, and leave you stronger.
