The class includes an original traditional order to the Pilates Mat exercises developed by joseph Pilates noting modifications to assist you as a beginner to develop core and physical strength.

Focusing on a full body flow, starting by a fundamental warm up, proceeding by the core, the glutes, the side series, the back exercises and ending it with a feel good stretch.
