Mums and Bubs Pilates (can be with or without your baby)
This is a class designed for new moms (postpartum and up until the baby is 16 months old) who are looking to get in shape while spending a valuable time with their baby.
Mums will be able to reconnect with their postpartum bodies, reshaping every part of it while re-strengthening the pelvic floor, the core and glutes.
They will also be able to stretch and release the pressure that has been stored in their bodies for the past year.
This class is open for all levels.
PS: If you just gave birth please make sure to consult your doctor before doing any physical exercise
Kindly bring a carrier or a mat for your baby. Please leave the strollers outside the studio.
