My journey with aerial yoga started 5 years ago, and I fell in love with it the moment I felt I could let go of anything. Being upside down made me see things from another perspective, adjusting to different states of clarity. One trial turned into weekly practices and I discovered that aerial yoga offered me control over my body and thoughts. I learnt how to listen to my body, and the endless things it could do.
Most importantly, aerial yoga has instilled in me the profound value of stability—be it on the ground, off the ground, or in my mind. It has illuminated the immense power that stability holds in all aspects of my life.
To deepen my practice and knowledge, I completed my 50 hours teacher-training course as an aerial yoga instructor. My goal is to broaden my skills and share them with others, to teach them what I’ve learnt. We learn together, we grow together.
