Through yoga Sandra aims to see each person as a whole and to create a safe and healing space within, allowing the opportunity for self-healing. By removing obstacles like stress, your body can focus on functions like cellular exchange of nutrients, tissue repair, digestion and elimination of toxins.
Her teaching style focuses on breathing and deepening body awareness. Whether she’s teaching vinyasa flow, hatha classes, or anything else in between, Sandra believes that mindful movement can reconnect people with the innate intelligence of their body and help to heal emotional wounds.
