Our 9 tips to Feel GREAT This summer!

Summer is still shining! And the temperature is still climbing.
And yes, feeling overheated might put us in a bad mood..
But thats not the point of a summer vacation!
Sometimes doing slight changes can shift our mood to the better!

With these few very simple steps, you can protect yourself from unpleasant events or moods
while keeping a high vibe and a positive energy.

1-Wear sunscreen and sunglasses, and always have a hat handy (just in case)

2- Get often pedicured and pamper your feet: the toes are out most of the season and this can
dry your foot skin, getting a pedicure allows you to get rid of the dead skin to keep your feet at
its best,
The other part of getting ” pedicured” is the fun in choosing nice summer colors and get
awesome nail designs!

3- Add vitamins C to your skin routine at night, wash it off in the morning before the sunscreen
, and make sure to use aloe vera gels or creams after sun exposure.

4- When out at night keep a small citronella spray in your bag to keep bugs at bay and avoid
unpleasant bites.

5-Include activities that raises your heart rate such as walking (hiking), dancing, running or
swimming. This can also include doing housework, gardening and playing with your children.
Other types of exercise such as strength training, Pilates and yoga can also help you keep your
adrenaline high and your mood happy.

8- Stay cool in the heat.

Create your own “spa towels.” To freshen your face and your flair at once! Here is an
extremely easy “how to”
All you need is a bit of space in your freezer, a few small towels and an essential oil of your
choice:
Soak washcloths in clean, cold water. Add a few drops of essential oils (like peppermint oil, or
jasmine). Then wring them out and roll them up. And store them in the freezer for use when
needed.
