Aceel likes to challenge her students’ strength while offering modification for all levels. Her flows are dynamic and energetic featuring long holds to build strength, inversions and fun arm balances to keep the mood playful with emphasis on breathing, alignment and mindfulness.
With a deep understanding of the physical and mental benefits of yoga, she inspires her students to push past their limits while staying grounded in their breath and present in the moment, encouraging growth both on and off the mat.
