Mega core focuses on slow, controlled motion, keeping your muscles activated for extended periods of time. It is a high intensity, low impact type of resistance training. By performing these workouts at a slow pace, you maximize time under tension. This stimulates slow-twitch muscle fibers and increases muscular endurance and definition.
This class is a full body workout focuses on strength, toning and endurance. All levels welcome. Grip socks mandatory.
