The Tower Pilates class combines a comprehensive load for the legs, arms and working out the deep layer of the abdominal and back muscles. This is a workout to strengthen the whole body without putting stress on the joints. With every breath, every movement, you will feel that you are becoming stronger, slimmer and more energized.
The Tower stretch is unmatched. Much attention is paid to opening the hips, chest, lengthening the spine and focusing on breathing. Also, Tower exercises not only strengthen and lengthen the muscles, but also calm the body and mind.
