Celine is a certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor from Balanced Body, trained to teach across all Pilates apparatus—including Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Ladder Barrel. Her teaching bridges both Classical and Contemporary styles, allowing her to offer highly personalized, versatile sessions for every body and every level.

Pilates was a personal turning point for Celine—a journey that began with curiosity and quickly became a deep passion. She was drawn to the intelligence of the method and its power to create meaningful, lasting change in the body and mind. That passion now fuels her mission as a teacher.

Celine is dedicated to making mindful movement accessible and inclusive. Her teaching style emphasizes body awareness, strength, and control, always in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether introducing a beginner to the fundamentals or helping a seasoned mover refine their practice, Celine’s goal is to help clients move better, feel better, and live more fully in their bodies.
