Tatiana has been a practitioner and teacher of yoga for many years. Discovering yoga when she was 19, she traveled to India years later to delve even deeper, get her certification, and begin sharing the benefits of the practice with others. She’s been sharing the practice ever since. Deeply passionate about the philosophy of yoga, healing modalities, and mindfulness meditation, she considers herself forever a learner, wanting to share all her valuable learning lessons with her students.
Yoga is a wonderful tool to help ground us and cultivate a more equanimous mind amidst all of life’s ups and downs. Her mission is to create a safe space for practitioners to connect with themselves and heal both on and off the mat.
