Cynthia Zabbat is a highly skilled and passionate Budokon Yoga and Mobility trainer with extensive experience in the field of movement, mindfulness, and martial arts. With a deep commitment to promoting holistic well-being and personal growth, Cynthia has dedicated her career to guiding others on their yoga journey.

 

Born and raised in a diverse cultural background, Cynthia developed a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection from an early age. She was drawn to the transformative power of movement and sought to explore various disciplines that encompassed physical and mental wellness: Sports Ballroom and Latin Dances (teaching and competing), Performance Dabkeh (Rajana Veda Dance Company), Flamenco (performances till date), Salsa and South American dances, Vinyasa Yoga, Budokon Yoga – Mobility – Calisthenics, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and Muay Thai.

 

In May 2018, Cynthia discovered Budokon Yoga—a unique fusion of martial arts, yoga, and meditation— and instantly fell in love with its dynamic and fluid approach. Recognizing the immense potential for personal growth and self-discovery in this practice, she embarked on a journey to master Budokon Yoga and share its benefits with others.

 

Over the years, Cynthia has trained intensively under renowned Budokon founders, honing their skills and deepening their understanding of this powerful practice. Through dedicated practice and continuous learning, She has become proficient in guiding students through the precise and flowing movements of Budokon Yoga, cultivating strength, flexibility, and inner harmony.

 

With a nurturing and inclusive teaching style, Cynthia creates a safe and supportive space for students of all levels to explore and expand their capabilities. She believes in the transformative power of Budokon Yoga and Mobility to not only enhance physical fitness but also cultivate mindfulness, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.
