As a certified mindfulness coach, meditation specialist, and yoga teacher, Dana holds a passion to help others take charge of their healing and life. Her spirituality journey started 15 years ago, and has evolved along with her curiosity for various holistic healing modalities.
As an ex-consultant who has experienced firsthand the physical and mental toll of competitive work environments, Dana’s hope is to raise awareness around the importance of wellness investments in the corporate world. Alongside her yoga teaching career in in Lebanon and Dubai, she has designed and led many mindfulness and meditation programs, workshops, and coaching activities in this direction. Among them are four- and eight-week ‘Mindfulness for Stress’ programs involving mindfulness techniques for stress release and management.
Dana is also an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, two disciplines that have enriched her knowledge and practice on the journey to help herself and others. She also holds a BBA ( Bachelor of Business Administration) and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the American University of Beirut’s Olayan School of Business.
