Mireille Safar

African Dance Instructor

A former consultant in Actuarial sciences, PMP holder and certified NLP practitioner, Mireille Safar is currently teaching West African dance and Qigong, having explored movement from both the dance and therapeutic perspective. Her method aligns with her lifetime research: Understanding and experiencing the world through archetypes and symbols, integrating ancient knowledge with modern techniques, connecting and resonating with the essence through dance and movement. She believes in the nature of dance as a human state of being, rather than as a performance. In her practice she uses Traditional Western Astrology, Chinese internal martial arts, as well as Butoh and Argentinian Tango.
